Operator, Components – 1st Shift

Role: Manufacturing Operator supporting biopharma production processes, ensuring product quality and equipment functionality. Responsibilities: perform visual inspections, operate and assist with setting up manufacturing equipment, maintain clean and organized workspaces, document batch records and process data, assist in training new staff, perform equipment calibration, and coordinate operations with team members. Qualifications: high school diploma, at least two years of relevant experience or equivalent combination; strong mechanical, communication, organizational, and computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Lotus Notes); physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, wear respirators, and perform physical tasks such as climbing or standing for extended periods.
