Operator - 4th Shift

Role: Manufacturing Operator responsible for ensuring proper operation of production equipment, product inspection, and compliance with manufacturing standards. Responsibilities: visually inspect products and equipment, assist with setup and operation of manufacturing lines, prepare and clean manufacturing areas, ensure proper labeling and storage, document production activities, perform calibration tasks, and support training of new personnel. Requirements: high school diploma, at least one year of manufacturing or related experience, strong mechanical, communication, organizational, and computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Lotus Notes), ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and physical ability to perform job tasks including wearing a respirator and identifying defects.
