Operator - 2nd Shift

Role: Manufacturing Operator supporting pharmaceutical production processes, ensuring operational efficiency and product quality. Responsibilities: visually inspect products and equipment, assist with setup and operation of manufacturing machinery, prepare and clean production areas, document process data, label and store products properly, perform calibration tasks, and train new personnel as needed. Requirements: high school diploma; at least one year of relevant experience or combination of experience and education; strong mechanical, communication, organizational, and computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Lotus Notes); physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand or sit for extended periods, and wear a respirator; visual and color discrimination skills.
