Operations Technician

Role: Operations Technician responsible for water treatment operations, ensuring safety, environmental compliance, and water quality stewardship. Responsibilities include implementing water treatment technologies, collaborating with engineering, quality, and maintenance teams to resolve operational issues and improve efficiency, and supporting standardization, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements: High School Diploma/GED; 7+ years of utilities or water systems experience, including 3+ years in wastewater treatment, preferably in private, public, government, or military sectors. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree, problem-solving skills, project management capabilities, and knowledge of water quality regulations.
