Role: Logistics Team Lead overseeing daily operations in a laboratory logistics setting, ensuring efficient courier and driver management. Responsibilities: coordinate team coverage, prepare drivers with supplies, manage route planning and troubleshooting, train staff, generate reports, update logistics data, and serve as back-up driver and dispatcher. Qualifications: high school diploma or GED, 3+ years experience as a driver or courier; preferred leadership experience (≥1 year); strong organizational, critical thinking, and multitasking skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office; valid driver’s license with a clean record; ability to handle lab specimens and physical demands; at least 21 years old. Work setup: primarily on-site in Norristown, PA, with flexible coverage including evenings, weekends, and the ability to serve as backup driver.
