Operations Support Specialist

Role: Operations Support Specialist in the Manufacturing & Supply team, focused on production of CAR-T cell therapies in a cGMP environment. Responsibilities: perform process operations including cell culture, purification, aseptic processing, and cryopreservation; document data accurately; collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality teams; support process development and continuous improvements; handle biological and hazardous materials safely. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; 0-1 years of biotech/biopharma operations experience; knowledge of cGMP regulations; ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and communicate effectively; physical ability to lift 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in a BSL-2 cleanroom with shift flexibility.
