Operations Support Specialist

Role: CAR-T Operations Support Specialist supporting the manufacturing of personalized cell therapy in a cGMP environment, primarily for clinical and commercial use. Responsibilities: perform process unit operations such as cell culture, purification, aseptic processing, and cryopreservation; document data accurately; collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality teams; support process development and continuous improvements; handle biological materials and hazardous chemicals in a BSL-2 cleanroom. Requirements: Bachelor's in engineering or related field; 0-1 years' biotech/biopharma cGMP operations experience; knowledge of cGMP regulations and FDA guidance; ability to lift 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in shift including evenings and weekends.
