Operations Supervisor

Role: CAR-T Operations Supervisor leading daily production of personalized cell therapies in a cGMP environment, supporting clinical and commercial needs. Responsibilities include overseeing CAR-T manufacturing units, managing shift operations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and supporting investigations and process improvements. The role involves close collaboration with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality teams, and contributing to process development and continuous improvement projects. Requirements: Bachelor's in Science, Engineering, or related field; minimum of 6 years’ operations experience within biotech/biopharma, with cGMP knowledge and manufacturing, quality, or engineering background. Skills include leadership, strong communication, problem-solving, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Experience with cell therapy, CAR-T modalities, and GMP regulations is preferred. The position demands shift work including evenings and weekends, physical dexterity, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
