Operations Supervisor

Role: CAR-T Operations Supervisor overseeing daily production of personalized cell therapies within a cGMP sterile environment. Responsibilities: lead and supervise multiple units in CAR-T manufacturing, ensure compliance with SOPs and batch records, coordinate shift start/stop meetings, support investigations, develop operational procedures, and foster cross-functional collaboration with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality teams. Requirements: Bachelor's in Science, Engineering, or related field; at least 6 years of biotech/biopharma operations experience in a cGMP setting, with prior manufacturing, quality, or engineering background; strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of cGMP regulations, FDA guidance, and cleanroom behaviors; ability to work in shift schedules including evenings and weekends; physical ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods. High-Value: focus on autologous/allogenic CAR-T cell therapy, supporting clinical and commercial manufacturing, with exposure to biological materials and hazardous chemicals, working in a fast-paced biopharma environment. Location: Raritan, NJ, with shift options on 2nd shift (Wednesday–Saturday); requires flexibility for overtime and unplanned schedule adjustments.
