Schedule: 10:00pm–6:30am (Sunday–Thursday). Salary starting at $85,000.
Scope of the Role
- Supervise 20–40 Manufacturing and Packaging employees across multiple production lines/suites and shifts; assign tasks, adjust workloads, schedule and monitor training; monitor production quality; troubleshoot and resolve problems.
- Provide support through strong relationships and knowledge of company policies, procedures, and resources.
- Support, practice, and lead a safe environment and culture.
- Coach and develop the team to increase trust, engagement, and retention.
- Foster an inclusive environment supporting diversity and authenticity.
- Test/evaluate process changes; recommend implementation or rejection; supervise maintenance/installation projects; partner with engineering to select/evaluate new equipment.
- Participate in capacity/budget planning; gather/evaluate information; make and present recommendations to the plant manager or management.
- Support the PWS process, including RedZone tracking to measure OEE.
- Edit time records (sick/vacation) and approve payroll by the due date.
- Conduct disciplinary actions, including writing disciplinary letters and meeting with the shop steward.
Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; otherwise minimum 4 years of leadership experience.
- Strong leadership skills: communication, performance management, and problem-solving.
- Ability to direct work across multiple production areas.
- 4 years of production supervision experience.
- Previous experience in an FDA-regulated industry preferred.
- Excellent communication and leadership; sound judgment and decision-making.
