Operations Supervisor

Role: CAR-T Operations Supervisor overseeing daily production of personalized cell therapies in a cGMP environment to support clinical and commercial needs. Responsibilities include supervising manufacturing units, leading shift start/end meetings, guiding production staff, supporting investigations and procedure updates, and collaborating with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality teams to ensure compliance and continuous improvement. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Science, Engineering, or related field; minimum 6 years of biotech/biopharma cGMP operations experience, with prior manufacturing, quality, or engineering background. Skills include leadership, strong communication, problem-solving, proficiency in Microsoft Office, knowledge of cGMP and FDA guidelines, and ability to work in a fast-paced, shift-based environment. Preferred: familiarity with Operational Excellence or Lean Manufacturing. High-Value: biologics manufacturing, CAR-T cell therapy, sterile cGMP production, supporting clinical and commercial phase processes, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration. Work setup: on-site in Raritan, NJ, with shift flexibility including evenings and weekends; ability to manage unplanned overtime.
