Site Operations Coordinator’s primary functions are to execute and manage assigned projects, manage SAP/SRM (Supplier Relationship Management) orders, track and report business metrics, and assist site operations to execute the management control system. Drive multiple projects in a matrix environment and deliver successful tools and reports to the management control system at site.

Responsibilities:
- Partner with site leadership to manage, oversee, and support day-to-day execution of the plant’s management control system to ensure and maintain site effectiveness.
- Complete deliverables hands-on, including drafting key communications, preparing and coordinating business deliverables (e.g., PowerPoint presentations), and following up on action items from regular staff meetings.
- Collect, report, and manage key metrics on established business processes (e.g., Perfect Index, PITs, Performance Healthchecks).
- Facilitate and arrange site-specific events (e.g., All Employee Meetings, audits, trainings, plant tours).
- Participate as needed in special department projects.
- Drive continuous improvements and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Own site communications and SharePoint.
- Assist with onboarding of new hires as needed.

Qualifications:
- Associate degree preferred and/or equivalent years of administrative experience.
- SAP and SharePoint proficiency required; Soltraqs experience preferred.
- Data import and analysis using MS Office tools (Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint).
- Strong collaborative skills across functions and levels.
- Working knowledge of plant operations.
- Analytical problem-solving for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Enterprise Resource Planning systems (e.g., SAP, Cognos, SharePoint).
- Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
- Pharmaceutical Manufacturing knowledge preferred, including regulations and standards.
- Ability to provide primary support to the Site Management Team as required.
- Ability to acquire, maintain, and track miscellaneous data on site business processes.
