Operations
Responsibilities:
- Lead design, operation, and optimization of large-scale cloud services (AWS) supporting QMS, LMS, DMS, artwork, and data analytics.
- Troubleshoot complex enterprise system issues and tune performance.
- Architect and develop robust, scalable, fault-tolerant cloud-native solutions using REST APIs, microservices, and container technologies.
- Create/maintain Agile, test-driven development workflows for regulated systems; ensure GxP/compliance.
- Manage the SDLC including git, CI/CD pipelines, testing, and regional cloud deployments.
- Ensure adherence to Corporate/Divisional policies (code of conduct, safety, GxP, data security, SDLC).
- Conduct tech assessments and proofs-of-concept for emerging solutions (AI/ML) to enhance quality operations and automate processes.
- Implement security best practices; collaborate with QA, IT, Regulatory, and Business stakeholders.
- Engineer platform-as-a-product/self-service solutions for quality/operations/compliance users.
- Integrate generative AI and analytics for intelligent automation and predictive quality monitoring.
Qualifications (Required):
- Bachelor’s (6 yrs) / Master’s (5 yrs) / PhD (0 yrs); extensive hands-on AWS/Azure app development.
- Strong SDLC knowledge (waterfall and agile); Java or modern languages (Python/Node.js).
- Demonstrated AI/analytics delivery; excellent English communication.
- Experience evaluating solutions in regulated environments.
Qualifications (Preferred):
- PhD in pharma/medical devices/life sciences; GxP/FDA/ISO 9001 and regulatory tech knowledge.
- Hands-on QMS/LMS/DMS experience; relevant certifications (AWS a plus).
