Operations Quality Senior Systems Engineer

Role: Senior Systems Engineer specializing in Operations Quality technology platforms, focusing on cloud-based solutions for QMS, LMS, DMS, artwork, and data analytics with AI integration. Responsibilities: lead design, operation, and optimization of AWS cloud services supporting enterprise quality and operational systems; troubleshoot, develop scalable fault-tolerant solutions using microservices and REST APIs; manage full software lifecycle including version control, CI/CD, and regional deployments; ensure GxP compliance, security, and adherence to regulatory standards; evaluate emerging AI/ML solutions to automate and enhance quality processes; collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, IT, and Regulatory. Requirements: Bachelor's degree with 6+ years or Master's with 5+ years in cloud application development, preferably in regulated environments; extensive hands-on experience with AWS or Azure, programming in Java, Python, or Node.js; strong understanding of SDLC, GxP, and AI/analytics integration; excellent communication skills.
