Role Summary

Operations Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Support cross-functional teams to get results velocity through aligned roadmaps and deliverables
• Organize and facilitate meetings (agenda, minutes, ensure presentations pre-reads a distributed, and follow through action items to completion)
• Tracking of critical team initiatives, calling out risks and dependencies that may impact project scope, timelines, and commitments

Qualifications

• Basic Qualifications:
  • Doctorate degree
  • Or Master’s degree and 3 years of Project Management experience
  • Or Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of Project Management experience
  • Or Associate’s degree and 10 years of Project Management experience
  • Or High school diploma / GED and 12 years of Project Management experience
• In addition to meeting at least one of the above requirements, you must have experience directly managing people and/or leadership experience leading teams, projects, programs, or directing the allocation or resources. Your managerial experience may run concurrently with the required technical experience referenced above

Education

• Optional: PMP or Lean Six Sigma certification

Additional Requirements

• Experience working in biotech, pharma, or manufacturing operations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project, Power BI)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience leading process improvement or change management initiatives
