Operations Manager (Onsite)

Role: Operations Manager overseeing sterile liquids manufacturing on 1st shift at a regulated GMP site supporting clinical pipeline. Responsibilities include leading daily shop-floor operations, setting priorities, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and GMP standards, and driving operational excellence through continuous improvement initiatives. The role requires fostering a culture of quality, inspection readiness, and employee engagement, with cross-functional collaboration across Quality, Engineering, Technical Operations, and Supply Chain. Qualifications: Bachelor's in science, engineering, or related field; minimum 3 years leadership experience in regulated manufacturing, with a focus on GMP compliance, aseptic or sterile processes preferred. Skills include GMP regulations, quality systems, investigation support, risk assessment, and team development. High-value specifics include experience supporting FDA/EMA audits, knowledge of data integrity and Lean methodologies, and familiarity with pharmaceutical manufacturing of sterile dosage forms supporting clinical or early commercial stages. Work setup: onsite with 10% travel.
