Operations Gowning Trainer

Role: Operations Gowning Trainer I supporting CGMP manufacturing of autologous and allogenic cell therapies, including CAR-T and TCR-T platforms, in Raritan, NJ. Responsibilities: conduct gowning training, execute gowning activities for cell culture, purification, aseptic processing, and cryopreservation; develop and improve gowning processes; ensure compliance with cGMP, GDP, and SOPs; maintain documentation; support audits and investigations; promote safety and team collaboration; assist with schedule adjustments. Requirements: HS diploma with 4-6 years biotech/pharma experience or Bachelor's in Life Sciences/Engineering with 0-2 years; knowledge of manufacturing equipment, testing methods, and process validation; ability to interpret instructions, solve practical problems, and perform gowning procedures; physical ability to lift 25 lbs and work in manufacturing environments. Preferred: familiarity with Process Excellence tools. High-Value: Cell therapy manufacturing, cGMP compliance, gowning in sterile environments, cross-functional team support, training delivery. Work setup: on-site, with requirement for mobility between sites, and some physical activity.
