Operations Filling Manager
Responsibilities:
- Lead departmental performance, metrics, Tier 2 meetings, and operational planning to ensure alignment with site objectives and the Business Plan.
- Provide oversight of manufacturing execution, departmental resources, budgets, and production schedules to achieve operational targets.
- Own and support quality systems, including change controls, CAPAs, deviations, AORs, and 7-day reviews, ensuring timely and compliant execution.
- Coach and develop leaders while building a high-performing, accountable team and championing a strong safety culture.
- Partner with Engineering, Quality, TSMS, and Operations to resolve complex issues and lead continuous improvement and cross-functional initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree in engineering, Science, or a related field.
- 5β8 years of experience in a cGMP manufacturing environment, including significant leadership experience.
- Demonstrated ability to lead change and drive departmental performance through metrics; strong knowledge of cGMP manufacturing and quality systems (deviations, CAPA, change control).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience authoring and reviewing technical documentation, including SOPs and deviation reports.
- Demonstrated experience leading process and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong root cause problem-solving skills in a regulated manufacturing environment.
- Proven ability to influence leadership and collaborate across Engineering, Quality, TSMS, and Operations.
- Experience managing resources, operational plans, and priorities in a multi-shift manufacturing environment.
