Operations Excellence Manager

Responsibilities:
- Direct Operations Excellence programs for the plant, including Continuous Improvement (CI) projects and Cost Improvement Projects (CIPs).
- Responsible for achieving and maintaining Class A certification at the site.
- Lead the preparation of a strategic plan to achieve best-in-class status for continuous improvement initiatives.
- Facilitate the identification, review, and implementation of agreed-upon cost improvement projects.
- Provide leadership and drive initiatives to improve site culture and employee engagement.
- Lead the Operations Excellence program within the plant and coordinate projects within the site.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required. Preferred disciplines: Sciences, Engineering, Operations Management.
- Self-starting, self-motivated leader with highly developed interpersonal skills and excellent written and oral communication skills.
- 5–7 years of experience in project engineering/management, operations, materials management, planning, or distribution, including team leadership.
