Operations Associate

Role: Manufacturing Operations Associate supporting autologous CAR-T production in a cGMP environment within Legend Biotech's manufacturing team. Responsibilities: execute manufacturing processes for cell therapies, including cell culturing, purification, aseptic processing, and cryopreservation; maintain documentation and comply with quality standards; support process development and continuous improvement; ensure safety and adherence to GMP regulations. Requirements: HS diploma with 3-5 years biotech/pharmaceutical experience, or associate’s degree with 2-3 years, or bachelor’s degree with up to 2 years industry experience; knowledge of cell therapy manufacturing, GMP compliance, and equipment operation; ability to work in a controlled environment and lift up to 25 lbs. Preferred: familiarity with process excellence tools, laboratory techniques, and biological material handling. High-value specifics: focus on autologous CAR-T manufacturing, in a controlled clinical and commercial setting, contributing to innovative cell therapy development. Work setup: based in Raritan, NJ, with routine on-site work and compliance with safety protocols.
