Role: Operations Associate supporting Supply Chain activities for Cell Therapy manufacturing at Bristol Myers Squibb's Devens, MA facility. Responsibilities: manage cryogenic storage of finished products, process incoming patient apheresis material, package drugs for shipment, perform warehouse operations including inventory management, material cleaning, and kit assembly, all adhering to CGMP standards. Collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, and Materials teams to resolve deviations and support production continuity.
