      Role Summary
 Operational Excellence Program Director - Manufacturing Network Expansion. Responsible for establishing program guidance to support Telix’s network expansion strategy, ensuring continuity and efficiency in expanding in-house capabilities of Telix’s CDMO Network. Reports to the VP, CDMO Network Development and supports a culture of operational excellence, delivering programs for process development, technology transfer, and regulatory compliance.
 
 Responsibilities
 
  - Project Management Leadership and Strategy: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement program strategy, milestones, and objectives; contribute to project management and operational best practices.
 
  - Program Leadership and Execution: Conduct gap analyses to identify critical processes and programs; partner to mitigate gaps; translate defined programs into operational and commercial execution (e.g., process development, quality programs, manufacturing operations).
 
  - Project Planning and Execution: Manage complex cross-functional projects, deliver scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, risk management, and reporting; lead scoping and delivery of business objectives.
 
  - Operational Excellence: Lead transformation programs to maintain and improve initiatives; develop efficiencies and process improvements across the expanding CDMO network.
 
  - Portfolio Oversight: Establish portfolio-level reporting, governance, and procedures to deliver key business inflection points, KPIs, and decision milestones.
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
  - Required: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biology, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
 
  - Required: 8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing and quality.
 
  - Required: Experience managing large budgets, optimizing resource allocation, and leading cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency while maintaining compliance.
 
  - Required: Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
