Qualifications include a Bachelor’s or Master’s in life sciences, chemical, or biochemical engineering, with over 10 years’ GMP manufacturing experience, including 8+ years of hands-on Lean deployment and process performance accountability. Deep expertise in chemical or pharmaceutical synthesis, GMP, and structured problem-solving is essential. Preferred qualifications include experience in biologics or pharma tech transfer, process validation, and Lean or Six Sigma certifications. The role is based in the US, with significant travel (~50%) to facilities in Colorado, and offers remote work options.
