Responsibilities include conducting diagnostics, deploying lean methodology, establishing daily management routines, leading kaizen events, translating strategic objectives into floor-level actions, and integrating digital tools for process improvement. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with site leadership, quality, and manufacturing teams, with a focus on process performance, throughput, and cycle-time optimization across the full value stream. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or master’s in life sciences, engineering, or related field; 10+ years in GMP manufacturing with at least 8 years of hands-on lean deployment, including experience in chemical/pharmaceutical synthesis and GMP operations. Proven track record of delivering measurable transformation results. High-value: GMP biologics manufacturing, oligonucleotides, process optimization, lean deployment, strategy execution, and digital integration. Location: US-based with 50% travel to facilities in Colorado. The position offers remote work options and is full-time.
