Role: Lead Operational Excellence for Agilent's Nucleic Acid Solutions Division, focusing on building and sustaining production systems across the full manufacturing value stream from fermentation to release-readiness. Responsibilities: own deployment of lean manufacturing principles, develop and maintain daily management routines, lead kaizen events, translate business objectives into floor-level priorities, connect operational metrics to business outcomes, utilize shop-floor data and digital tools, and mentor site teams in standardized work and problem-solving. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's in life sciences, chemical, engineering, or related field; 10+ years GMP manufacturing experience with at least 8 years in lean process accountability; proven success in deploying and sustaining production systems like Lean, TPS, or DBS; extensive experience in process performance improvements and structured problem-solving.
