Operational Excellence Lead I (PharmD)

Role: Operational Excellence Lead I (PharmD) supporting the US launch of RP1, an intratumoral oncolytic viral therapy, by facilitating site readiness, operational workflows, and treatment site integration. Responsibilities: conduct site assessments, support operational workflow meetings with multidisciplinary oncology teams, optimize logistics for cold chain biologics, develop best practices and operational playbooks, and foster site relationships during onboarding and early adoption. Collaborate across commercial, medical, and training teams to share insights and improve processes. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree (PharmD preferred), 5+ years in biotech, pharmaceutical, healthcare operations, or oncology, with 2+ years clinical pharmacy experience in academic or community settings, and experience with oncology product launches, cold chain logistics, and multidisciplinary team support. Knowledge of regulatory standards and inventory systems is essential. Strong facilitation, project management, stakeholder engagement skills required. Travel: extensive (50-75%).
