Operational Excellence Lead

Qualifications include a Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Operational Excellence with 8-10 years of leadership experience in the pharmaceutical or consumer health industry, preferably with FDA-regulated manufacturing. Skills required encompass project management, lean methodologies, digital tools, team leadership, and knowledge of GMP and regulatory standards. Preferred qualifications include Green Belt or Black Belt certifications. High-value biopharma specifics include experience in complex manufacturing, site strategy development, digital transformation initiatives, and compliance oversight.
