Onsite Lab and Customer Support Clerk

Role: Onsite Lab Support Clerk responsible for specimen accessioning, preparation, data entry, and shipping in a high-throughput clinical laboratory setting. Objectives include ensuring specimen accuracy, troubleshooting issues, and meeting departmental productivity goals. Responsibilities encompass specimen labeling, packing, special services, and effective communication with clients. Requirements: High School diploma or GED; 2+ years in laboratory, accessioning, or related experience; comfort with biological specimens, strong organizational and data entry skills; ability to lift 40 lbs and pass color blindness tests. Preferred: Medical or patient-facing healthcare experience.
