Responsibilities:
- Implement overall marketing and brand strategy for targeting and deployment of resources to key customers
- Formulate strategies to achieve sales goals and product positioning within target accounts
- Provide on-label clinical data to influence appropriate use of assigned product
- Initiate and develop business relationships with high-level decision makers and other influential groups
- Use account-specific targeted marketing materials to educate and address stakeholder needs
- Create account-specific business plans and strategies to gain access to key stakeholders
- Provide real-time analysis and input on market conditions to Home Office colleagues
- Drive field execution (calls per day, reach, and targets) to increase sales performance
- Apply conceptual and practical expertise to implement plans and achieve individual, team, and organizational sales goals
- Maintain strong product knowledge (including disease states, industry/competitive landscape, and organizational structure)
- Analyze data and prepare subject matter for business reviews
- Serve as a technical/functional subject matter resource; continue acquiring higher-level skills
- Complete accurate, timely reporting (e.g., monthly territory action plan, expense reports, itinerary, sample inventory, professional speakers requests, budget tracking)
- Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and cross-functional partners
- Utilize company resources in accordance with company guidelines
- Report all adverse events related to products in a timely, compliant manner
- Maintain comprehension of oral molecule distribution/delivery and the specialty pharmacy-provider interface and in-office dispensing model
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree and 5+ years of demonstrated successful pharmaceutical experience
- Oncology, rare disease, or specialty sales preferred
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- High comprehension of scientific knowledge; ability to communicate with medical professionals compliantly
- Strong computer/technical skills; ability to navigate software to process/analyze territory data
- Valid driverโs license in good standing
Preferred:
- Oncology, rare disease, or specialty pharmaceutical experience
- Established rapport/relationships in the geographic area
- Large account management experience (oncology community practices, academic centers, NCI/NCCN cancer centers)
Training Requirements:
- Employment contingent upon passing mandatory product training (written and oral examinations)
Compensation/Benefits (as stated):
- Estimated U.S. hourly wage range: $78.27โ$107.62
- Short-term incentives may be available
