Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve account challenges with effective, tailored solutions.
- Create and execute a strategic territory plan aligned to shared priorities to drive product demand and improve patient outcomes.
- Partner with territory teammates, field teams, and home-office colleagues to deliver access support.
- Use knowledge of the market/competitive landscape and cross-functional dynamics to anticipate opportunities and respond with agility.
- Use territory data and market trends to uncover local insights and lead customer engagements (virtual or in person).
- Facilitate planning sessions with key stakeholders to solve complex challenges and collaborate across functions.
- Provide real-time access support and work closely with Patient Specialty Services (PSS).
- Use digital tools and omni-channel strategies to personalize outreach (virtual and face-to-face).

Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience in pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare (or similarly complex sales environments) with large, geographically dispersed sales teams within last 5 years.
- Proven track record selling to large accounts/key customers.
- Self-starter with strong analytics; ethical leadership and compliance mindset.
- Reside in territory or within 50 miles of territory border; travel 60–80%; valid driver’s license.

Desirable Requirements:
- Experience across therapeutic groups/disease states/account management and new product launches.
- Understanding of patient services/market access (buy-and-bill), specialty pharmacy, reimbursement, and/or medical calling on HCPs.

Leveling (commensurate with experience): Associate (4+ yrs leadership military or limited sales); Territory (2+ yrs); Senior (5+ yrs). Driving is essential.

Field training: complete initial training (home study; <=8 hrs/day, <=40 hrs/week).

Comp/Benefits (if eligible): performance cash incentive; possible annual equity awards (level-dependent); salary ranges: $81,200–$150,800 (Associate), $114,100–$211,900 (TAS), $132,300–$245,700 (Senior); US benefits include health/life/disability, 401(k) match, and time off.
