Territory Account Specialist (TAS) – Field-based/Remote (assigned geography)

Key Responsibilities:
- Navigate and resolve account challenges with tailored solutions.
- Build and execute a strategic territory plan aligned to shared priorities to drive product demand and improved patient outcomes.
- Partner with territory teammates, field teams, and home-office colleagues to deliver access support.
- Use market/competitive and cross-functional insights to anticipate opportunities and respond with agility.
- Use territory data and market trends to uncover local insights and support pull-through (virtual or in person).
- Facilitate stakeholder planning sessions to solve complex issues across functions.
- Provide real-time access support and collaborate with Patient Specialty Services (PSS) for a seamless customer experience.
- Use digital tools and omni-channel strategies for personalized outreach (virtual and face-to-face).

Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (4-year).
- Experience in pharma/biotech/healthcare (or similarly complex sales) with geographically dispersed teams within last 5 years; Associate level allowed with limited prior sales experience.
- Proven success selling to large accounts/key customers.
- Self-starter with strong analytics; ethical leadership and compliance mindset.
- Reside in territory (or within 50 miles of border); travel 60–80%; valid driver’s license.

Desirable Requirements:
- Experience across therapeutic groups/disease states, account management strategy, and new product launches.
- Knowledge of patient services, market access, buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacy, reimbursement and/or HCP calling.
