Territory Account Specialist (TAS) β Field-based/remote support for key accounts in an assigned geography.
Key Responsibilities:
- Navigate and resolve account challenges with tailored solutions.
- Build a strategic territory plan to drive product demand and improve patient outcomes.
- Partner with territory teammates, field teams, and home-office colleagues to deliver access support.
- Use market/competitive knowledge and cross-functional insights to anticipate opportunities and respond with agility.
- Use territory data to generate local insights, support pull-through, and engage customers virtually or in person.
- Facilitate planning sessions with key stakeholders to solve complex problems.
- Deliver real-time access support with Patient Specialty Services (PSS).
- Use digital tools and omnichannel strategies to personalize outreach (virtual and face-to-face).
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelorβs degree (4-year).
- Experience in pharma/biotech/healthcare (or similarly complex sales environments) with large, geographically dispersed sales teams within last 5 years.
- Proven success selling to large accounts/key customers.
- Analytical, ethical, self-starter with strong problem-solving and compliance mindset.
- Reside within territory or within 50 miles of territory border; travel 60β80%; valid driverβs license.
Desirable Requirements:
- Experience across therapeutic groups/disease states, account management strategy, and new product launches.
- Knowledge of patient services/market access, buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacy, reimbursement, and/or medical calling on HCPs.
Leveling (filled based on experience): Associate (4+ yrs military leadership or limited sales); Territory (2+ yrs complex specialty sales); Senior (5+ yrs complex specialty sales).
