Responsibilities:
- Resolve account challenges with effective, tailored solutions.
- Build and execute a territory plan aligned to shared priorities to drive product demand and improve patient outcomes.
- Partner with territory teammates, field teams, and home-office colleagues to deliver access support.
- Use market/competitive insights to anticipate opportunities and respond with agility.
- Use territory data and market trends to generate pull-through and lead impactful customer engagements (virtual or in person).
- Facilitate planning sessions with key stakeholders to solve complex issues and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Provide real-time access support and work closely with Patient Specialty Services (PSS) for a seamless customer experience.
- Use digital tools and omni-channel strategies to personalize outreach (virtual and face-to-face).
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience (within last 5 years) in pharma/biotech/healthcare or similarly complex sales environments with large, geographically dispersed sales teams (Associate: limited sales experience ok).
- Proven high performance selling to large accounts/key customers.
- Self-starter with strong analytics; ethical leadership and compliance mindset.
- Reside within territory or within 50 miles of territory border; travel 60–80%; valid driver’s license; ability to drive and/or fly.
Preferred:
- Experience across therapeutic/disease states, account strategy, and new product launches.
- Knowledge of patient services, market access, buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacy, reimbursement and/or medical calling on HCPs.
Driving is an essential function; must have an unrestricted driver’s license.

Training: Required to complete initial training (home study; ≤8 hours/day and ≤40 hours/week).
