Role Summary
Field-based Radioligand Therapy Oncology Specialist supporting key accounts in Salt Lake City, Utah and Boise, Idaho. This role covers the entire state of Utah and southern Idaho. You will champion the Radioligand Therapy (RLT) platform across diagnostic and therapeutic portfolios, collaborating with Medical Oncologists, Urologists, Nuclear Medicine specialists, and Radiation Oncologists to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Own the prescribing and referring physician relationships; develop and execute territory business plans; deliver disease education on diagnostic and therapeutic, product value propositions, treatment protocols, and implement customer programs as appropriate.
- Support product access; implement competitive response strategies; maintain and grow relationships with account partners per defined targets, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Develop customized tools and strategies to gain access and engage with HCP targets within territory accounts to deliver clinical value and establish RLT as the partner of choice in community hospitals, academic hospitals, and community oncology accounts.

- Deliver messages clearly, handle objections, and close every call with a commitment to action to inspire changes in behavior.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the territory market landscape, competitors, market segments/dynamics, product and clinical data, and anticipate environmental changes and challenges to optimize execution.
- Develop and execute a call plan to achieve goals and improve access and sales opportunities, while promoting a highly technical and innovative product portfolio to a sophisticated audience.
- Utilize sales data reporting tools to understand trends and couple them with customer insights to identify territory and customer growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Required: Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year college or university.
- Required: 3+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or similarly structured industries with large, geographically dispersed sales teams within the last 5 years; candidates from other complex sales environments (e.g., medical devices, diagnostics, life sciences services, insurance, consumer health, or B2B) are welcome, especially where strong field leadership and customer engagement are central.
- Required: 1+ years’ experience in oncology, urology, nuclear medicine, medical devices, or complex therapeutics.
- Required: 1+ years’ experience in prostate, neuroendocrine tumors, or buy-and-bill therapeutic experience within last 5 years.
- Required: Strong ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally within a matrix environment; able to communicate clinical product information; proven track record of consistent high performance; proficient in navigating and selling to large accounts and key customer segments.
- Required: Self-starter with analytical abilities to seek out, prioritize, and apply relevant information to solve problems; demonstrate ethical leadership and compliance with company policies and laws.
- Required: Reside within the territory or within a reasonable daily commuting distance (approximately 50 miles from the territory border); ability to travel 60-80% across a broad geography; ability to drive and/or fly within the territory; must have a valid driver’s license.
- Preferred: Experience across therapeutic groups, disease states, account management strategy, and new product launches.
- Preferred: Broad understanding in patient services, market access, buy and bill, specialty pharmacy, reimbursement and/or medical calling on HCPs with respect to a sophisticated product or reimbursement pathway.
