Role Summary

This field-based and remote role supports key oncology accounts in Austin, Abilene, Bryan College Station, Midland/Odessa, Temple, Waco and surrounding areas. The Radioligand Therapy Oncology Specialist (RLT) drives demand creation and develops, coordinates, and implements strategic business plans focused on referral and treatment networks related to prostate and neuroendocrine tumor accounts, advancing the Radioligand Therapy platform in diagnostic and therapeutic portfolios.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for business ownership of prescribing and referring physicians, building relationships and executing business plans for territories, including disease education on diagnostic and therapeutic products, treatment protocols, and customer programs.
  • Support product access, implement competitive response strategies, and maintain/grow key relationships with account partners in line with defined priorities and company policies.
  • Develop tools and strategies to gain access and engage HCP targets within territory accounts, delivering clinical value and establishing RLT as the partner of choice in community and academic hospitals and oncology accounts.
  • Communicate with clarity and confidence, handle objections, and drive calls to action to influence behavior and outcomes.
  • Maintain deep understanding of the territory market, competitors, segments, and clinical data to optimize execution and anticipate changes.
  • Develop and execute call-plans to achieve goals, promoting a technical and innovative portfolio to a sophisticated audience.
  • Utilize sales data reporting tools to identify trends and opportunities for territory and customer growth in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

  • Required: Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree a plus.
  • Required: 3+ years’ experience in specialty pharmaceuticals, biotech, or a sales role of similar complexity within the last 5 years.
  • Required: 1+ years’ experience in oncology, urology, nuclear medicine, medical devices, or complex therapeutics.
  • Required: 1+ years’ experience in prostate, NET, or buy-and-bill therapeutic experience within the last 5 years.
  • Required: Strong cross-functional collaboration, ability to communicate clinical product information, proven high-performance track record, and proficiency in selling to large accounts and key customer segments.
  • Required: Self-starter with analytic abilities, ethical leadership, and compliance with company policies and laws.
  • Required: Must reside within the territory or within 50 miles commuting distance; travel 60-80% of the time; valid driver’s license.
  • Required: Ability to drive and/or fly within the territory.
  • Preferred: Experience with multiple product launches.
