Oncology Scientific Partnership Medical Director – (Onc SPMD) -Mid-Atlantic

Role: Oncology Scientific Partnership Medical Director (SPMD) – US Mid Atlantic, focusing on developing and executing medical strategies within oncology health systems and networks. Responsibilities: serve as medical partner to account teams, develop account-specific scientific plans, foster relationships with oncology leaders, and coordinate AstraZeneca's scientific resources across tumor types and the portfolio. Collaborate with internal functions including Medical Affairs, R&D, HEOR, and RWE, to drive innovative patient care solutions and support enterprise-wide activities. Requirements: advanced degree (MD, PhD, PharmD), 3+ years oncology experience in pharma, existing oncology account relationships, thorough knowledge of US oncology landscape, strong interpersonal and strategic influencing skills, and ability to navigate US healthcare and regulatory environments. Preferred: established peer relationships and regional healthcare knowledge.
