Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate cross-functionally in each geography as ONE team to build and achieve shared goals.
- Communicate clearly and compellingly to customers; handle objections and close calls with a commitment to action.
- Demonstrate deep understanding of territory market landscape, competitors, market segments/dynamics, product and clinical data; anticipate changes to optimize execution.
- Develop and execute call plans to achieve goals, improve access and sales opportunities, and promote a technical and innovative product portfolio.
- Manage accounts using local healthcare system knowledge (EMRs, pathways, PA-claims processing) and develop account-level plans.
- Use sales data reporting tools with customer insights to identify territory and growth opportunities.
- Use social media to capture customer insights; use digital and non-personal tools to deliver customized customer experiences.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 2+ (Rep), 4+ (Specialist), or 6+ (Senior Specialist) years in specialty pharma/biotech/healthcare or similar complex field sales within last 5 years; must communicate clinical product information.
- Proven cross-functional collaboration in matrix environments; validated track record of consistent high performance; ability to sell to large accounts/key segments.
- Self-starter with analytic/problem-solving skills; ethical leadership and compliance mindset.

Required/Preferred Skills
- Territory/market knowledge; account management; comfort with sales analytics and social media insight gathering.
- Desired: experience across therapeutic groups/disease states, account strategy, new product launches; understanding of patient services, market access, buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacy, reimbursement, and/or medical calling.

Work/Travel Requirements
- Reside within territory or within 50 miles of territory border; travel 60–80%; drive and/or fly; valid driver’s license.
- Driving is an essential function.
- Field roles: complete initial training (up to 8 hrs/day, 40 hrs/week including home study).
