Role Summary
This is a field-based and remote opportunity supporting key accounts in the Tampa Bay area. The Oncology Sales Specialist will deliver sales performance and promote products within the oncology, hematology, or rare disease portfolio. You will apply commercial insight, continuously learn, lead among peers, and leverage digital tools to combine customer and data insights to improve sales opportunities in competitive markets.
Responsibilities
- Drive competitive sales growth
- Personalize and adjust the customer engagement journey for targeted healthcare professionals by reflecting preferences and using available content and multiple engagement channels
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to build engagement and advance Novoaltisโ long-term, sustainable collaboration
- Listen to customer needs and understand the medical environment to deliver memorable, patient-centered experiences beyond clinical differentiation
- Utilize available data sources to create, prioritize, and adjust territory, account, and customer interaction plans
- Share customer insights with internal stakeholders and support development of product and indication related content, campaigns, and interaction plans
- Provide value to customers and patients
- Work with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that address unmet customer or patient needs while complying with regulations
- Engage with customers and colleagues with transparency and integrity; act with purpose and raise concerns when ethics are at stake
