Role Summary

This is a field-based and remote opportunity supporting key accounts in Tampa Bay, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Claremont, Brooksville and the surrounding area. The Oncology Sales Specialist will deliver sales performance and promote products within the oncology, hematology or rare disease portfolio of Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation. You will demonstrate commercial insight, curiosity, and collaboration, and leverage digital tools to improve sales opportunities in competitive markets.

Responsibilities

  • Personalize and organize customer interaction journeys for target healthcare professionals, reflecting customer preferences, leveraging available content and multiple interaction channels
  • Foster engagement by collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop sustained partnerships with Novartis
  • Provide memorable, customer-centered experiences beyond clinical differentiation by listening to needs and understanding the healthcare environment
  • Utilize available data sources to create, dynamically prioritize, and adjust territory, account, and customer interaction plans
  • Share customer information with internal stakeholders to support content development, campaigns, and interaction plans related to the product and indication
  • Deliver value to customers and patients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions addressing unmet needs of customers and patients
  • Act with integrity and honesty, treating customers and colleagues transparently and respectfully; uphold the Novartis Code of Ethics and Values
