Oncology Sales Specialist - Boise, ID / Spokane, WA

Oncology Sales Specialist (field-based) covering Boise, ID โ Spokane, WA (candidate must reside in territory; overnight travel ~25%).
Key Responsibilities:
- Create/communicate product value; compare/position company brands vs. competition with HCPs.
- Act as primary customer contact; meet key customers to understand practice structure, business model, and influencers.
- Use knowledge of cancer staging, treatment options, dosing schedules, and clinical trials across tumor types to support patient/account impact.
- Analyze trends in complex buying environments (drug distribution channels, GPOs, wholesalers, specialty pharmacies; outpatient vs inpatient infusion; hospital contracts).
- Build short- and long-term account plans with stakeholders; execute account plans with Customer Team Leader; share learnings/best practices.
- Ask strategic questions to uncover oncology stakeholder needs and develop customized strategies.
- Collaborate with in-scope customer team to ensure consistent customer experience and share learnings (e.g., Key Account Manager, Nurse Educator, Field Reimbursement Associate, Medicare Account Executive).
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelorโs + 8 years sales experience OR high school diploma + 10 years equivalent (e.g., healthcare/scientific non-sales, professional marketing, military).
- 2+ years oncology field sales experience.
- Valid driverโs license; travel as required; reside in assigned territory.
Preferred:
- Documented strong performance in sales/marketing or oncology clinical roles.
