Oncology Sales Representative (field-based; Green Bay, WI territory including Madison, WI). Engage customers to address needs, educate stakeholders on oncology products, communicate within the oncology community, and achieve/exceed assigned sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Attain/exceed assigned sales goals for the geography.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders; uncover needs and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Use approved resources/messaging to deliver patient-centered product rationale.
- Demonstrate knowledge of multidisciplinary care, cancer staging, treatment options/pathways/guidelines, and impacts on patients.
- Analyze trends in complex buying environments (GPOs, wholesalers, specialty pharmacies) and evaluate outpatient vs. inpatient infusion and contract patterns.
- Develop/execute short- and long-term account plans with local team and the Oncology Customer Team Leader.
- Ask insightful questions to support relevant product-portfolio conversations; coordinate and share learnings across the customer team.

Qualifications:
- Minimum: Bachelor’s degree + 6 years sales experience OR high school diploma + 8 years equivalent experience (healthcare/scientific oncology experience strongly preferred; sales/marketing/clinical/military experience accepted).
- Valid driver’s license; ability to drive.
- Travel as required, including 10–15% overnight.
- Reside in or near the district.
- Preferred: 2+ years oncology field-based experience selling oncology therapeutics; oncology field sales or clinical oncology experience; strong performance in sales/marketing or oncology clinical roles.
