Oncology R&D Co-op

Role: Intern/Co-op focused on developing drug-device combination products for bladder cancer treatment within Johnson & Johnson's MedTech division. Primary objectives include designing and prototyping combination products, conducting laboratory testing, supporting preclinical activities, and analyzing data to advance oncology treatment innovations. Responsibilities encompass hands-on formulation and device development, collaboration with scientists to troubleshoot technical challenges, maintaining documentation, and utilizing programming tools like MATLAB, R, or Python for data validation. Requirements: Enrolled students or individuals authorized to work fully onsite in Lexington, MA; laboratory experience; basic wet lab skills; proficiency in programming languages; strong communication skills and collaborative mindset. Preferred: Experience in pharmaceutical formulation, product development, or familiarity with drug-device products; knowledge of chemistry, biology, or materials science.
