Oncology Patient Solutions Innovations Enablement Director

Role: Senior strategic leader serving as the operational and strategic partner for Pfizer Oncology's Patient Solutions Innovation team, acting as a 'control tower' to enhance the impact and efficiency of patient support platforms. Responsibilities include developing cross-functional project plans, prioritizing initiatives to support oncology portfolio goals, managing budgets, and leveraging data analytics to inform strategy and measure performance. The role also involves integrating digital health tools and AI-enabled platforms into patient programs, fostering collaboration across internal and external stakeholders, and supporting continuous improvement of patient engagement initiatives. Qualifications: BA/BS with 8+ years (or Master’s with 7+ years) of experience in marketing, patient solutions, or operational roles; proven leadership in matrix organizations; strong project management, data analytics, and stakeholder influencing skills. Preferred: oncology market experience, familiarity with digital health platforms, AI tools, and cross-functional HQ collaboration. The position offers remote flexibility within the US, with travel as needed, and reports to the OPSA Enablement Lead. The role is critical for driving strategic initiatives aligned with Pfizer’s oncology priorities, focusing on operational excellence, digital transformation, and impactful patient support.
