Patient Advocacy
Oncology Nurse Educator (ONE) — field-based (Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas).

Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage allied healthcare professionals to provide product and disease education before, during, and after patient management on approved therapies.
- Provide ongoing education/resources on patient management, dosing and administration, and side effect management; collaborate with field teams to support education.
- In targeted accounts, provide clinical in-services/education; identify educational needs and expand disease-state awareness.
- Educate on preparation/administration requirements of TA products and adverse event mitigation, monitoring, and management.
- Interpret and communicate clinical education topics to diverse audiences per approved materials.
- Provide education programs via 1:1 presentations/in-services (including round-table and podium presentations, as approved).
- Educate patient care teams about the infusion process.
- Use strategic questioning and active listening to document and share clinical insights.
- Attend/provide clinical information and presentations at internal meetings; provide support at exhibit booths.
- Support clinical training initiatives for internal sales team; collaborate cross-functionally as needed.
- Potentially provide patient education in patient advocacy meeting settings.

Qualifications:
- Clinical degree including Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or NP (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years combined clinical experience and/or pharmaceutical sales/clinical educator/medical affairs experience (Oncology preferred).
- Preferred: experience in infusion center setting, including development/implementation of chemotherapy/biologics infusion procedures/protocols.
- Excellent communication, influencing, business acumen, analytical skills; adapts to change; interprets clinical and pharmacoeconomic data.
- Recognizes oncology market trends and impacts on providers/patients; works effectively cross-functionally.
- Proficiency: Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and other relevant applications.
- Travel 75% (overnight and occasional weekends); ability to drive personal/company vehicle or powered equipment; valid driver’s license and ability to pass pre-employment drug screening.
