Oncology Nurse Educator - Cleveland, OH

Role: Oncology Nurse Educator (ONE) supporting AbbVie's oncology portfolio, primarily focusing on hematologic and solid tumor malignancies in Ohio. Responsibilities: deliver proactive and reactive education to healthcare professionals on approved therapies, including patient management, dosing, administration, and side effect management; develop tailored educational plans based on clinical insights; educate on disease states, treatment protocols, and adverse event mitigation; utilize various educational formats like in-services, presentations, and discussions; document interactions and support internal training initiatives; collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide patient education in advocacy settings. Requirements: Bachelor’s in nursing, NP, PA, or PharmD; active healthcare license; 7+ years of clinical oncology/hematology experience, recent hematology or multiple myeloma focus preferred; strong communication, influencing, and presentation skills; proficient in Microsoft Office; willingness to travel up to 50%, including overnight stays. Preferred: Master’s degree and experience in academic or community oncology settings.
