Responsibilities include developing tailored educational plans, training clinicians on product administration, adverse event management, disease state awareness, and protocols, using various engagement methods such as in-services, presentations, and discussions. The role involves documenting activities, supporting internal teams, and potentially educating patients in advocacy settings. Requirements: Bachelorโ€™s degree in nursing, NP, PA, or PharmD; active healthcare license; 7+ years clinical oncology/hematology experience, recent hematology expertise preferred; strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills; proficiency in standard software; willingness to travel up to 50%, including overnight stays. Preferred qualifications: Masterโ€™s degree; experience in academic or community oncology; passion for patient care; ability to operate within cross-functional teams. High-Value: Oncology (hematologic and solid tumors), hematology/oncology clinical practice, product education, patient management protocols, therapeutic areas include multiple myeloma and other hematologic malignancies.
