Oncology/Hematology Specialist, North Boston

Role: Oncology/Hematology Specialist focused on demand creation, product promotion, and customer engagement within Hematology and Oncology markets. Responsibilities: execute marketing strategies, promote Incyte's therapeutics through in-person, virtual, and remote channels; provide disease state education; develop strong relationships with healthcare providers; ensure product access and manage medical/reimbursement issues; deliver measurable sales performance; and gather feedback on marketing effectiveness. Requirements: relevant experience in biotech/pharma sales, ideally in Hematology/Oncology, with a minimum of several years' success; bachelor's degree preferred; valid driver's license; ability to travel extensively using multiple modes; strong communication, business planning, and account management skills; demonstrated leadership and customer-centric selling approach.
