Job Summary (Primary Function)
- Acts as the primary customer contact for demand creation by executing the marketing strategy, educating customers, and promoting products.
- Works collaboratively with internal and external counterparts.

Responsibilities (Essential Functions)
- Engage with customers via in-person, virtual, or as requested channels; ensure accessibility and inclusivity.
- Represent in a professional, compliant, and ethical manner.
- Provide feedback on marketing tools/tactics and review effectiveness of sales activities.
- Use the matrix team to address customer needs and ensure access to products for appropriate patients.
- Provide exceptional customer service through total account management, including ensuring product access and triaging medical or reimbursement issues.
- Execute marketing strategies, deliver branded and disease-state sales messages, and run business plans and promotional programs.
- Demonstrate and communicate in-depth knowledge of clinical benefits to external stakeholders.
- Develop/maintain disease-state knowledge and selling skills.
- Create/maintain a strategic business plan reflecting local market and account-specific knowledge.
- Consistently achieve or exceed revenue targets.

Qualifications
- Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with diverse individuals.
- Strong business analytics and account management skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets (performance reviews/sales reports).
- Experience with buy-and-bill oncolytics and specialty pharmacies preferred (not required).
- 5–6 years minimum relevant Hematology/Oncology sales experience (preferred: lymphoma category).
- Minimum relevant biotech/pharmaceutical sales experience (focus on skills/achievements).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Ability to travel (car/air/train, including overnights) as required; accommodations provided.
- Creative problem-solving, collaboration, strategic thinking, and leadership.
- Drive to achieve; product “access” knowledge.
- Effective communication; strong business planning; local oncology market knowledge.
- Customer-centric selling approach.
- Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record (or ability to meet transportation requirements).
- Ability to work effectively in matrix teams.
- Experience interacting with healthcare providers in community and academic settings.
