Purpose and Role Overview
- Serve as the medical and HEOR interface between Lilly and U.S. population-based decision makers (PBDMs) (payers, health systems, research institutions, and policy makers) to support formulary access and pathways/guidelines decisions.

Primary Responsibilities
- Independently cultivate and manage relationships with PBDMs as primary point of contact.
- Deliver and leverage scientific and value evidence/education (trial data, RWE, HEOR including observational research, comparative effectiveness, pharmacoeconomic data).
- Synthesize and translate complex evidence into transparent, objective, actionable information for PBDM decision-making.
- Develop and execute medical/scientific and value strategy in collaboration with internal/field partners.
- Provide tailored medical/value expertise and pursue clinical optimization/collaboration opportunities.
- Share customer insights, evidence gaps, environmental trends, and stakeholder evidence needs internally.
- Facilitate and co-create evidence and value-based arrangements (VBAs) with research and real-world data partnerships.
- Maintain expertise in therapeutic areas and HEOR/RWE/value assessment; stay abreast of emerging science, healthcare policy, and regulatory actions.

Minimum Qualifications
- Advanced degree (PharmD, MD, PhD, MS, MSN, MPH) in a scientific/health field with relevant HEOR/health outcomes experience OR Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in health science/health outcomes.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. full-time; Lilly does not sponsor work authorization/visas.

Additional Skills/Preferences
- Data analytics and/or HEOR research/application experience.
- Demonstrated HEOR (observational and pharmacoeconomic research) and value assessment; experience with real-world data, AMCP Dossiers, FDAMA 114, and pharmacoeconomic models.
- Success in self-managing priorities/multi-tasking.
- Field-based customer-facing industry experience (e.g., medical, clinical development, government affairs, HEOR, managed care, sales).
- Ability to analyze and communicate clinical/HEOR findings; strong written and verbal communication.
- Experience supporting PBDMs.

Additional Information
- Field-based U.S. role with 50%+ travel; ability to use electronic/field communication tools.
- Focus: Oncology portfolio; health systems, organized medical groups, regional payers, and regional group purchasing organizations.
- West geography: CA, OR, WA, AZ, UT, CO.
