Role: Field Medical Scientific Expert supporting Pfizer’s Thoracic oncology portfolio across California, Nevada, and Hawaii. Objectives: deliver medical and scientific education to healthcare professionals, surface insights for strategy, support clinical trial site identification, and address key scientific questions to improve patient outcomes.

Responsibilities: plan and execute medical engagement within the territory, maintain expertise on therapeutic areas and Pfizer medicines, serve as a resource for medical information and customer insights, contribute to medical content strategy, lead advisory boards, support investigator-sponsored research, and collaborate on clinical trial site selection. Additionally, develop therapeutic area expertise, communicate study design and data, and provide medical support throughout clinical trial processes.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in health sciences required; PharmD, PhD, or equivalent highly preferred. Experience: 6+ years for PharmD/PhD, 8+ years for MBA/MSc, or 10+ years for BA/BSc. Must demonstrate subject matter expertise, leadership, communication skills, and ability to influence. Must be able to travel 60-80%, operate a company car, and reside within the specified territory.
